Epsom and Ewell Borough Council are intending to deregister a number of locations as no longer being green belt land, including Greater Horton Farm and Hook Road Arena, as part of their draft Local Plan due to be published on 1st February 2023. They have earmarked the sites, among other locations in the borough, for development. See map below. 

There are a number of suitable brownfield sites, outlined in Chris Grayling's plan, which addresses the need for housing while protecting our ever-important green belt land. Once our green belt land is built on, we will lose it for future generations to enjoy. It is important we do everything we can to protect it. Please sign the petition below to help us protect it.
